Use DopaminePlanner for at least 14 days within your 30-day window

If it's genuinely not working for your brain, email us and tell us what didn't click — what you tried, what didn't land, what felt off

We'll either help you get more value from the system (sometimes a small tweak changes everything) or process your refund

This isn't about making refunds difficult — it's about making sure you actually get the value you paid for. We've seen it happen: someone downloads the planner, glances at it once, and assumes it won't work because nothing ever has.

But the whole point of DopaminePlanner is that it works differently. The Crash Day pages, the undated format, the reset rituals — they're designed for the moment you think "I've already failed." That's when the system actually kicks in.

✉️ How to Request a Refund

Your order number or the email you used to purchase
A brief note about what you tried and what didn't work for you

We'll respond within 2–3 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval (depending on your bank).

That's why our first instinct will always be to help you get value from the system before processing a refund. Sometimes the difference between "this doesn't work" and "oh wait, this actually works" is one conversation.

⚠️ Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We promise we're easy to work with, and contacting us directly is faster for everyone.

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we may need to dispute it through your payment processor.
